Pittsburgh Steelers and PNC Bank Honor Jessica Eberley as Woman of Steel

9/18/23 (Pittsburgh, PA) Jessica Eberley, CEO of HRT Solutions, has been selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers and PNC Bank as a 2023 Women of Steel honoree. Eberley and HRT Solutions will be featured on in-stadium signage, media placements and the Steelers website from now until mid-October.

Big Support for Small Businesses

Launched in 2022, the Women of Steel program features women-owned small businesses that are making a difference in the Pittsburgh region. The Steelers and PNC Bank aim to accelerate the growth of each business through marketing support and mentorship.

“This is an honor and an opportunity I could not have dreamed of,” shares Eberley. “It is meaningful to be recognized by the Steelers and PNC Bank – and what is most impactful is the amount of marketing support and mentorship both organizations have given to HRT Solutions. As a small business owner, my Marketing budget is not large enough to afford this level of support and exposure. I am so incredibly grateful.”

Given her commitment to supporting women in the workplace, it is fitting that Eberley has been selected as one of the 2023 Women of Steel. Both the Steelers and PNC Bank believe in the power of women-owned businesses and their ability to push society forward.

Eberley’s long-standing commitment to workplace equality is not limited to her leadership at HRT Solutions. Earlier this year, she expanded her entrepreneurial endeavors by launching Equality Careers, an LGBTQ job board with a mission to connect job seekers with progressive businesses that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
