One of her most significant achievements revolves around talent acquisition, where she excelled in building and nurturing teams at HRT Solutions.
During her journey with HRT Solutions, Jessica recognized a glaring gap – a reliable platform for employers to engage with the LGBTQIA+ community directly. Fueled by a determination to bridge this divide, she embarked on a mission. When she discovered that such a platform didn’t exist, she took it upon herself to create one. With her dedicated team’s collaborative effort and RedTree Web Design’s expertise, Equality Careers, an LGBTQIA+ Job Board, was born. Its primary objective is to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity while connecting LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies with forward-thinking employers committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
