About the Three Rivers Business Alliance
Three Rivers Business Alliance (3RBA) is a membership-based, business advocacy, IRC 501(c)(6), chamber of commerce dedicated to making the Pittsburgh/Greater Allegheny Region an influential and diverse business community for people of all genders and sexualities (LGBTQIA+) by promoting economic development and growth. 3RBA is an affiliate chamber of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), serving all of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Southeastern Ohio, Northern West Virginia, and Northwestern Maryland, and is the local body for awarding LGBT Business Enterprises certification.
Three Rivers Business Alliance Foundation (3RBF) is a 501(c)3 established in 2019 to assist 3RBA in funding its educational programming and allow 3RBA to concentrate on being a membership association.
Position Summary:
The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive officer of 3RBA, responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the organization. The ED reports directly to the President of the Board of Directors of 3RBA and to the President of the Board of Trustees of 3RBF and works closely with community partners, business leaders, and stakeholders to achieve the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications:
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a nonprofit organization, business association, or similar environment.
