The Kraft Heinz MBA Leadership Program
The Kraft Heinz MBA Leadership Program is designed to grow the future leaders of the company – the game-changers- the innovators- the cultural champions. The program is for individuals who are ready to deliver creative solutions on our journey to become the indispensable food company in North America. From day one- MBAs will dive into our business and industry- develop as leaders and owners within the business- and fuel their professional growth here at Kraft Heinz.
A Year in the Life of a Kraft Heinz MBA
The Kraft Heinz MBA Leadership Program gives our MBAs an opportunity to make an immediate impact in the business while developing and practicing key leadership skills and supporting critical initiatives driven by our strategic growth plan.
Within the first year at Kraft Heinz- MBAs will experience:
• Three weeks of immersive onboarding focused on cross-functional understanding- deep dives into company strategy- and critical skill building
• One week of leadership development rooted in our values and our WIN leadership principles
• Dedicated time for MBAs with Zone President- CEO- and other North America Zone leaders
• Mentorship from business leaders and previous MBA Leadership Program participants
• Two curated learning periods designed to fuel professional growth and build internal networks
What MBAs Work On
MBAs will be able to make an impact from day one in their full-time role placement within the business. Roles are selected based on the MBA’s experience and career aspirations- the business’s strategic priorities- and the best opportunities to be mentored by our strongest leaders. Upon application- MBAs will indicate interest in beginning their career at Kraft Heinz in one of the following areas:
• Commercial (Marketing- Sales- Strategy)
• Operations (Procurement- Logistics- Supply Chain)
• Finance
• Human Resources

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in the office depending on the role’s responsibilities and requirements.
